Curtis is very knowledgeable about pianos and how to maintain them. We recently inherited an upright piano that’s been in the family for ~40 years and Curtis was able to evaluate its condition and how much life is left in the piano. The good news is that it’s in great shape for a home piano. Curtis was very thorough when tuning the piano (it had been about 10 years since it’s last tuning). It took a couple of hours, but by the time he was done the piano sounded great. Curtis left us with a clear maintenance plan for how to keep the piano in good condition so we have it for years to come.
